Work on keeping the mind running slow, parasympathetic nervous system (brakes) engaged, using the breath as our focus.

We can let the body run, go real fast, and still have the mind calm, free, slow, empty.

If we can have the patience to let the mud settle, allowing the water to clear, answers may just arrive without cognition.

Many times now, as I let judgment go, as my bias faded, the solution became apparent.

Answers arrive when we can let go and empty the mind of thought, bias and judgment.

Trust that inner guide below the cognitive function of the ego.

Sit, focus on the breath, let go, empty the mind, then follow your inner guide for a change.
